Onity Mortgage Corporation has made several modifications to the Seller Guide and Non-Agency Addendum (Appendix A).
Independence Day Holiday
In observance of Independence Day, Onity Mortgage will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Juneteenth Holiday
On Friday, June 19, 2026, Onity Mortgage Corporation will be open for business, but due to the federal holiday will not be funding loans nor accepting any live bulk bids.
