Seller Guide Updates & Exclusionary List Reminder
Correspondent Seller Guide
Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, has incorporated changes to the Seller Guide as indicated below.
- Section 2.7.9 Approval to Deliver eNotes/eMortgages: Removed statement regarding “eNotes and hybrid closings”
- Section 8.14 Hazard Insurance: Clarified that the 10-calendar day advance written notice requirement does not apply to Non-Agency transactions
As a reminder, all parties involved in the loan origination process for each loan transaction must be screened against all industry, investor, and/or Agency exclusionary lists. Refer to the Correspondent Seller Guide Section 6.1.2 Zero Fraud Tolerance topic for the complete Onity Mortgage exclusionary list policy, which includes a requirement for validation and supporting documentation to satisfactorily address name matches and/or similarities identified on any exclusionary list.
