Fedwire Beneficiary Requirements

To ensure alignment with the Fedwire® Funds Service changes announced earlier this year, Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, is issuing a reminder related to the requirements.

• The new Federal Reserve requirement for beneficiary name and address details is mandatory for all wire transfers initiated on and after November 16, 2026, but may be included immediately.
• For all wires issued to Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, the following beneficiary information should be used:
