VantageScore 4.0 and FICO Score 10T

Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, is addressing the VantageScore 4.0 and FICO Score 10T credit score model announcements issued by Fannie Mae (SEL-2026-04) and Freddie Mac (Bulletin 2026-D).

Per our current product guidelines, Onity Mortgage Corporation is accepting loans with the classic FICO credit score model and not those originated with the new alternative credit score models, VantageScore 4.0 and FICO Score 10T.

While industry changes related to credit score modernization are continuing to evolve, Onity Mortgage Corporation is committed to the eventual acceptance of VantageScore 4.0 and FICO Score 10T. We are actively monitoring implementation developments and evaluating the operational, underwriting, and delivery impacts necessary to support a measured and responsible transition.
