Seller Guide Updates

Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, has incorporated several changes to the Seller Guide and Non-Agency Addendum (Appendix A), as indicated below.

Seller Guide

• Section 8.2 Client Obligations Prior to Purchase: Revised the “MERS Registration” section to refer to the Non-Agency Addendum for Non-Agency loans
• Section 8.7 Mortgage/Deed of Trust: Added a reference to the Non-Agency Addendum for Non-Agency loans

• Section A7.1 Collateral Delivery: Updated to include Assignment of Mortgage requirements for non-MERS loans
• Section A7.3 Mortgage/Deed of Trust: Added language to refer to Section A7.1 for non-MERS mortgage and assignment requirements
