Polly Pricing Implementation – Functionality and Best Practices

As a reminder, Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, recently announced our new product and pricing engine partnership with Polly, which will be effective November 2, 2026. Refer to the guidance below for loan level pricing details and rate sheet access.

Things to Know

• For loans registered only (not locked) prior to November 2, 2026, use the NEW pricing screen labeled “Product Pricing & Lock as of Nov 2^nd” within TPO Connect.
• For loans registered and locked prior to November 2, 2026 that need an extension, relock, or update, use the same pricing screen in place at the time of lock (labeled “Product Pricing & Lock prior to Nov 1^st” within TPO Connect).
• For new loans registered or registered and locked on or after November 2, 2026, use the NEW pricing screen labeled “Product Pricing & Lock as of Nov 2^nd” within TPO Connect.

• Your company administrator should login to TPO Connect to review all Company Contacts for your organization AND verify the persona access level is correctly assigned to view the published rate sheets (TPO Manager and TPO Loan Officer – Enhanced).
• If you need to edit a user profile (i.e., to add or remove rate sheet visibility), refer to Managing Users in TPO Connect for instructions, as well as a description of available personas.
• Note: The password protected rate sheets currently housed in the “Documents” tab of TPO Connect will be retired November 1, 2026.
