Juneteenth Holiday
Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, will be open for business on Friday, June 19th, 2026. However, due to the federal holiday for Juneteenth, Onity Mortgage will not be funding loans nor accepting any live bulk bids. Best Efforts Commitments and Non-Agency locks will be available until 9:00 PM ET via TPO Connect.
