Independence Day Holiday
In observance of Independence Day, Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026. Due to the holiday, Onity Mortgage will not be funding loans nor accepting any live bulk bids or Best Efforts Commitments.
On Thursday, July 2nd, live bulk bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM ET (due to the early market closure), and Best Efforts and Non-Agency locks will be available until 9:00 PM ET via TPO Connect.
