FlexIQ Non-Agency Updates

Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, is pleased to announce the release of our newly enhanced FlexIQ Non-Agency product suite, effective for new locks dated on or after October 12, 2026.

This release includes significant revisions to our Underwriting Standards and Product Descriptions for Full Documentation & Alternative Documentation, and DSCR programs, and is designed to provide greater clarity, expanded flexibility, and improved lending experience. These changes reflect our continued commitment to delivering competitive solutions and supporting our clients and their borrowers.

Correspondent partners are encouraged to review the updated guidelines and matrices in full prior to submitting new loans, which will be published on Monday, October 12, 2026.

Important Note: Loans locked prior to October 12, 2026 will continue to follow the prior FlexIQ guidelines, which will be available within our AllRegs Archive library.
