BE Pricer Tool Suspension

Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation, is announcing an important update related to our BE Pricer tool.

What’s Happening
In an effort to enhance our BE Pricer tool functionality, Onity Mortgage Corporation will temporarily suspend the current BE Pricer tool from November 1, 2026 through January 2027. We will provide additional communication when the new and improved version is available for use.

What You Need to Do
During this temporary suspension, all new Delegated and Non-Delegated Best Efforts locks and loans will need to be submitted via the “Add New Loan” process within the TPO Connect portal.

Why We’re Doing This
We recognize the significant time savings the BE Pricer tool has provided your team, and we are committed to releasing it with new functionality in January 2027.
